Payment must be made 24 hours before the first session to confirm your booking.
If you decide not to continue with the lessons, the most practical option—logistically—is to resell, give away, or transfer your remaining hours to someone else.
If that is not possible, a refund can be considered with no problem.

There’s no time limit to use your classes: you can schedule them at your own pace and according to your availability.
Your session is guaranteed: I have a 100% attendance rate across several platforms. If, for any exceptional reason, a session cannot take place, you will be notified in advance or offered a rescheduled time.
You may schedule all sessions from the beginning or do so gradually, depending on your availability.

Changes or cancellations (individual classes): you can reschedule a session if you give at least 24 hours' notice.

Group classes: since these groups are just starting, they currently cannot be rescheduled for logistical reasons and out of respect for other participants.

A1: You understand and use basic words and phrases for very simple, everyday situations.

A2: You understand and talk about common topics and basic needs using simple sentences.

B1: You can grasp the essentials in common situations and share experiences or give simple opinions.

B2: You understand more complex texts and can speak confidently and clearly about many topics.

C1: You use the language fluently and accurately, even in difficult professional or academic situations.

C2: You understand and express complex ideas with great ease and precision, almost like a native speaker.
