Payments

• Payment must be made 24 hours before the first session to confirm your booking.

• If you decide not to continue with the lessons, the most practical option—logistically—is to resell, give away, or transfer your remaining hours to someone else.

• If that is not possible, a refund can be considered with no problem.

About the classes

• There’s no time limit to use your classes: you can schedule them at your own pace and according to your availability. 

• Your session is guaranteed: I have a 100% attendance rate on several platforms. If, for any exceptional reason, a session cannot take place, you will be informed with sufficient notice.
  You may schedule all sessions from the beginning or do so gradually, depending on your availability.

• Changes or cancellations (individual classes): you can reschedule a session if you give at least 24 hours' notice.

Group classes: since these groups are just starting, they currently cannot be rescheduled for logistical reasons and out of respect for other participants.

About the initial packages
The 11- and 23-lesson packages are a one-time offer for those who, due to unforeseen circumstances, had to interrupt their classes. These reduced rates are intended to ease the return to learning during a transitional period.

The term “initial” means this offer applies only to the first package purchased. Any subsequent packages will follow the standard rate.

Starting September 1st, a rate adjustment will take effect to ensure high-quality teaching and sustainable working conditions.

Standard rates from September 1st:
• Individual lesson: €17
• 5-lesson package: €80
• 10-lesson package: €150
• 22-lesson package: €300

LANGUAGE LEVELS

A1: You understand and use basic words and phrases for very simple, everyday situations.

A2: You understand and talk about common topics and basic needs using simple sentences.

B1: You can grasp the essentials in common situations and share experiences or give simple opinions.

B2: You understand more complex texts and can speak confidently and clearly about many topics.

C1: You use the language fluently and accurately, even in difficult professional or academic situations.

C2: You understand and express complex ideas with great ease and precision, almost like a native speaker.
